Regular evaluation and candid feedback
Our teachers are mostly young or experienced parents themselves, they understand how important it is for parents to receive regular feedback from teachers about the child's learning progress and suggestions to help the kids to overcome learning issues. Our teachers will send student's learning evaluation regularly to parents and offer candid suggestions.
Diversity of learning is a key component
To make lessons more engaging, our teachers will use a variety of learning resources and teaching aids to supplement preset course materials. Since most classes are 1 on 1 teaching, that means our teachers have greater flexibility to adjust teaching contents lesson by lesson to expand the scope of learning and introduce more diverse topics into classes to enhance student's interest in discovering the world.
We understand some students need more support and care than others
Around 15% of our students are suffering various kinds of learning problems. Among this group of students, a few of them are bothered by ADHD symptoms. Our teachers are professionally trained educators who know how to set a stage for introvert students and slower learners to adapt and learn in a right pace.
Capable students are set to become more capable
Nearly 30% of our students are from top-tier schools in HK, these students are fast learners with higher demand of broader and deeper learning. Our course curriculum allows capable students to jump across the learning ladder and our teachers will assign more advanced learning materials for them. It's not uncommon that some junior primary students are reading Harry Porter series novels in our reading classes or attempting argumentative writings.
