We accept payment of tuition fees through PayMe, FPS and bank transfer. Parents should arrange payment upon confirmation of lesson schedules. We will lock in teacher’s teaching slots for the booked lessons upon receipt of payment.
Each enrolment consists of 10 lessons.
Lessons are conducted by same teacher at same time each week unless there is a need to reschedule lessons.
We will discuss any teaching issues with parents and our teachers and if necessary, we will arrange new teacher for our students.
24hr advance notice needs to be sent to our Customer Services for lesson cancellation or reschedule.
